Please tell us about your current line of work and how you got started in it. Please include any awards or upcoming projects.
I run a LinkedIn-focused content marketing agency that helps B2B companies raise their profile, attract leads, and win business through a video-first approach. My team and I work with clients across the UK, Europe, and the US - ranging from leadership coaches and ESG consultancies to global firms and educational institutions - helping them use LinkedIn strategically and consistently.
I got started in this space over ten years ago after running social media workshops for small businesses. I quickly realised LinkedIn was where B2B opportunities were being missed. What started as one-to-one training grew into a full-service agency offering workshops, LinkedIn strategy, content creation, and now podcasting and video marketing too.
I’ve been fortunate to receive recognition for my work, including being named one of the UK’s Top 50 Business Advisors by Enterprise Nation, a Local Marketer of the Year, and one of the Small Business Saturday Top 100 Small Businesses. In 2022, I was invited to a reception at Buckingham Palace in recognition of my contribution to the small business economy.
I’ve just released a book called Raise Your Visibility on LinkedIn. We’re also rolling out new training programmes and expanding our done-for-you content packages to support even more business owners who want to stand out online.
Do you have any mentors or sources of inspiration?
I’ve had a few key mentors along the way - mainly other women running service-based businesses who’ve built strong brands without chasing the hustle culture. I’m always inspired by people who stay true to their values, grow their business sustainably, and focus on delivering real impact for their clients. I also learn a lot from my peers in the small business and digital marketing space - people who share what’s actually working, not just what looks good online.
What parts of your work do you enjoy most? Why?
I love the strategy side - sitting down with a client, figuring out who they want to reach, what they want to be known for, and how we can turn that into a content plan that actually works. I also really enjoy simplifying LinkedIn for people. Seeing a client go from feeling overwhelmed by the platform to confidently showing up and generating real business - that’s incredibly rewarding.
What are your favorite things to do when you have free time?
Reading, walking the dog and gardening!
Are there any dream projects you'd like to pursue?
Yes - I'd love to build out a dedicated content studio where we help business owners turn one piece of pillar content - like a podcast or video - into a whole month’s worth of strategic marketing. A kind of one-stop shop for thought leaders who want visibility without burning out. I’d also love to collaborate with more values-led organisations - those doing work that matters - and help them amplify their message through video and LinkedIn. And long-term, I’m interested in creating a collective or network for women-led agencies to collaborate, support each other, and grow together.
